We demo houses, carports, sheds garages etc. from one room to whole houses, no job too big or too small.

After demo is done, we do a complete and thorough cleanup of all work that has been done. If there is no dumpster on site, we will work with you to rent one.

Did you know that if you had a water damage or any other water problems, mold can start to grow and spread throughout your house through your heating and AC units in 24 to 48 hours. We at MB Cleaning use air scrubbers with heppa filters to catch mold spors, and to change air quality. We also use dehumidifiers, which take out moisture so we can completely dry out any structure.

We use two EPA registered sanitizers for all water and mold jobs.

2. Milgo plus

Sometimes is is necessary to seal off rooms and heppa vac and wash everything that can be saved with the sanitizers. The last step in severe mold job is to encapsulate the wood studs, cement walls, floors, etc. with either fosters 40-20 which is EPA registered to prevent spread of mold & bacteria on surfaces.

EPA Registered Aftershock/Shockwave is used to kill mold on contact and also prevents the future growth of any mold spores.

We apply both products with airless sprayers.

Tips on mold prevention
1. Maintain lower levels of humidity in your home (between 30-50%) by using air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and also venting bathroom and dryer vents outside.
2. Inspect your home regularly for indoor moisture, such as showers, tubs, sinks, leaking pipes, appliance hoses, toilets, etc.
3. Make drain pipes from gutters 5-10 feet away from your home.
4. Clean gutters once a year.
5. Check basement foundation for holes and cracks. Also check bulkhead doors for leaks.
6. If you do find any leaks, we can call Boston Basement Technologies with whom we are affiliated.
